Richard is an Architect by profession and has over 20 years experience of working within the built environment. He has extensive experience of working on multi-million pound schemes. He has an eye for detail, and puts good communication at the heart of every successful working relationship.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor with expertise in Property and Asset management, John has worked with Property Funds, Companies and High Net Worth Clients and has over 16 years’ experience. John previously worked at Bilfinger GVA and CBRE prior to est8s.
David’s commercial and operational expertise is embedded into our portfolio. Responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practice for commercial activity. This relates to contract management and ensuring that effective processes are put into place to achieve maximum productivity.
Tony has a strong background in facilities management, mobilising contracts and technical engineering with over 30 years’ experience in this field. He is responsible for all commercial aspects of pricing and tendering including supply chain management.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor with expertise in property management, Henry has worked with Property Funds, Client side roles and operational management in the logistic industry. With 15 years experience Henry previously worked for BNP Paribas RE, DTZ and Carter Jonas.
Liz and the finance team are responsible for the financial management and control of est8s. She is involved in setting up the account systems, procedures and controls; along with producing and analysing the monthly reports. Liz oversees the production of company/site budgets and financial statement forecasting and field commercial audits.
